This page is for removing some or all personal or app data without closing your SteerStory account.
To close the account entirely, go to Delete your steerStory account. Privacy overview: Privacy policy.
In the app

Clearing all habit data is also designed to reset this installation’s analytics identity for consented analytics where the provider allows it.

Email [email protected] from the Google account email you use in the app (when the request is about account-linked data).

Delete steerStory data (keep account) - Tell us exactly what to delete — for example: analytics history, crash identifiers, waitlist email, or other server-held personal data you want removed
- Confirm you want to keep the account
We aim to complete verifiable requests within 30 days.
What usually stays while the account stays open
If you keep your account, we typically keep the trial / entitlement state needed to enforce a fair one trial per Google account and to restore purchases. Ask in your email if you are unsure what applies to your request.
iOS waitlist (website only)
If you joined the iOS waitlist on leaststress.com and never installed the Android app, you can still remove that email:
